Who we are
Aplomb is a Québec startup building applied artificial intelligence for customer support and customer operations. The platform draws on more than 15 years of hands-on experience in customer service, journey improvement and the resolution of complex operational situations, gained primarily in telecommunications.
Aplomb designs and builds its own technology. This combination of operational experience and technology development guides our direction toward superintelligence: start with the reality of service, customer needs and outcomes that can be demonstrated.
We are open to development requests that can create real value for our clients. New capabilities, integrations and experiences are evaluated based on the goals, feasibility and conditions of each collaboration.
