Who we are
Aplomb is a Québec startup building applied artificial intelligence for customer support and customer operations. The platform draws on more than 15 years of hands-on experience in customer service, journey improvement and the resolution of complex operational situations, gained primarily in telecommunications.
Aplomb is powered by Pulse, our proprietary technology core. This combination of operational experience and technology development lets us approach artificial intelligence from the reality of service, customer needs and the outcomes to be achieved — not technology alone.
